I saw a competitor's design where you could take out the foam inner lining (via velcro tabs) in order to machine wash the outside. Can you machine wash the Vitalizen mat by removing the inner lining first as well?
That's correct. You can remove the foam from the acupressure mat to wash it. We recommend being extra careful when doing this to avoid hurting yourself with the acupressure spikes.

I already have an acupressure mat but the one I have is way to small that's why I'm so glad vitalizen made a full body acupressure mat plus a travel size one plus a massage ball and finally a carry case. This full body acupressure mat is the greatest invention ever and investment, before I discovered this full body one the small standard size ones were a pain, you kept having to adjust yourself cause you or the mat would keep slipping around and it takes four times as long to get a full body acupressure. but with my new one I can get the full acupressure in 20 minutes rather than 100 minutes, I've been looking for something like this for a year and I was so thrilled when it finally came and Now that means I can go into ketosis that much sooner and maybe heal and get my muscles and ligaments really strong too I very highly recommend vitalizen acupressure mat if you want to be more physically and spiritually connected and who knows with this we might have world peace because world peace starts with ourselves and nobody else.
I like the longer mat because I can fold it and then use the mat on my bed (soft surface). The smaller piece is flexible to adjust for my neck, head and shoulders. I find laying on the mat before going to sleep relaxes me. When I’m stressed I lay on it and I feel my back get hotter (bringing blood to the area) and when I get off it I stretch and feel my back adjust and overall I feel good!
